On June 20th Michael and his wife Julie invited us over to their lovely garden in Silver Spring. The common milkweed was blooming and perfuming the air and we got a tour of the meadows, as Michael likes to call them. He was inspired by Doug Tallamy to make his yard more wildlife friendly.
