Montgomery County DEP Rain Garden Design Templates
Maryland’s Montgomery County Department of Environmental Protection, along with several other county and municipal jurisdictions in the area, offers incentives to homeowners to implement landscape techniques which help reduce stormwater runoff from individual properties. Within the program guidelines, residents may receive substantial rebates and property tax incentives to install native conservation gardens and rain gardens. The site includes planting design templates for rain gardens which can easily be adapted to native conservation gardens.
